I recently conducted hugely successful performances of Handel's Messiah and Elgar's Dream of Gerontius, in front of large and appreciative audiences in Thornbury and Monmouth. Many thanks to the choral societies of Thornbury (Messiah) and Monmouth with Chepstow (Gerontius) for their excellent singing. Both performances were accompanied by superb orchestras (Thornbury Camerata and Regency Sinfonia), with teams of wonderful soloists.
